Co-Living is a shared housing model. What most people generally refer to as “tenants”, we call house members. In a Co-Living space, house members share kitchens, living rooms and other common spaces with other house members, house member at TCF Lodgings have a private bedroom with a private or shared bathroom.

At TCF Lodgings you do not sign a traditional ‘lease’, you buy into a membership. By becoming a TCF Lodgings member you’re signing up for a housing subscription that is all-inclusive; that means utilities, WiFi, cleaning, complimentary coffee, private/shared bathroom, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, on-site laundry… all basics you would need when moving into a new place are taken care of as part of your monthly fee.

Becoming a TCF Lodgings member requires an approved application (Apply Here), paying a $350 non-refundable membership application fee, a security deposit (equivalent to one month’s subscription fee), and first month’s subscription fee. We carefully go over each application to make sure every individual fits into our network of unique individuals.

Other than sharing a home with some kickass individuals, at TCF Lodgings you truly get to understand our core values of connection, comfort and convenience. We encourage our members, ranging from creatives, entrepreneurs, fitness enthusiasts, designers, students and chefs, to share their resources with one another. We also try to create a home that is curated with your peace and tranquility in mind, and we try to think of everything you might possibly need so you don’t have to. In addition to all-inclusive living, we also host monthly mixers, and events for all of our house members. We’re also really big on community outreach, and have partnered with local organizations and small businesses to collaborate and bring fun and unique experiences to all of our members.

Standard membership is 9 to 12 months. Shorter membership terms can be made but at a premium

At this time our residences can only accommodate one person per bedroom.

A standard membership is 9 to 12 months, Any period less carries a 15% premium. If a 9 - 12 month agreement is terminated there is a 15% premium that is required to be paid. Membership deposit is required and non-refundable.

Yes, houses come fully furnished

Pets are not allowed in the property

Members are allowed 3 overnight guests per month. Non- member guests leave by 8 pm weeknights, 9 pm weekend. Members will pay a fee of $ 150 for overnight guests $150 per night.

Quiet hours are as follows: 9 pm - 7 am Mon-Thurs and 11 pm - 8 am Fri - Sun.

Yes, students can become members of the TCF Loddings, however they may be required to have a co-membership to guarantee payment.

You and your friends can become members of the TCF Lodgings. Each person is required to complete an application on apartments.com and select a unit to reside.
